Bazar Siam is a classifieds board. We provide a place to post and search. We are not a party to any deal, we do not inspect goods and we do not act as an intermediary for payments.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the legality of what you post, for the accuracy of the description and for keeping your promises to the buyer.
• By posting you confirm you have the right to sell the item.

Our rights

• We may hide or delete any listing that breaks the rules and restrict an account.
• We may change these rules. Material changes are shown at sign-in.

Paid features

Paid features (listing bump) are switched off in the current version. When they launch, pricing and refunds will be described here before the first payment.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from deals between users.
